While the default Language in Windows 10 is English (US), it also provides the option to change Display Language to Arabic, French, Spanish and a host of other languages.
In-fact, the option to set Display Language is provided by Windows right during the setup process and the Language selected by the user becomes both System and Display Language on the computer.
Even if you do not select the Language or make a mistake during the setup process, you can still switch to your preferred language, after completing the setup process.
Note: If you are using Microsoft Account, any change that you make to Language Settings will Sync to all your devices.
You can prevent this from happening by going to Settings > Accounts > Sync Your Settings and disabling Language Preferences.
